Great Bell, Disappointing description & Customer Service
The Bell, made in China, came dis-assembled w/o instructions and difficult to assemble unless you have small hands. Somebody assembled it for me and I love the bell. However, two e-mails to GUMPS have not been answered. Nevertheless, I will continue to order from GUMPS due to unusual quality products.

    PERFECT!!
This bell is even more beautiful than I expected. It is a perfect replica of the huge, real ones. The design is very graceful, and it is a nice size...appropriate for a table/self.
    I am so pleased!
    Thank you...

    Missing part, otherwise very nice.
I like the Shinto Bell very much. My only complaint is that my bell was missing the little loop at the top of the bell.

AWESOME AND PERFECT! Thank you. Maryann
AWESOME! Just PERFECT! My husband taps it every night in remembrance of how he and our dog would sit at a real one in a nearby park and he would tap it for a friend they had at the park that passed away...not a sad thing, an honor and remembrance thing! He still taps it in the park too with our new pup! It's all good!

    Shinto Bell
Although I do like the look of the bell, I was disappointed in the sound it makes. I was hoping for a more muted sound rather than the high-pitched, sharp ring it has. Perhaps if Gumps made an affordable Gong that has a muted, brass tone, I would gladly buy it.
