Timothy Richards Ca'd'Oro Architectural Model
Showcasing the height of Venetian gothic palace architecture, this exquisitely detailed model by renowned craftsman Timothy Richards captures the grandeur of the Ca' d'Oro (Golden House) both inside and out. Handcrafted from gypsum-based plaster with a cast-lead crown, etched-brass railing, and back windows of the palest blue handmade glass. Gold leaf replicates the lavish decoration that earned the palace its name, and a cast-lead base suggests the watery depths of Venice's Grand Canal, on which it was built in the early 15th century. Bottom is covered in blue felt.

Holiday Delivery Deadlines
For Thanksgiving delivery, order by 10 a.m. PT, Nov. 17, for delivery of in-stock items by Nov. 23. For Christmas delivery, order by 10 a.m. PT, Dec. 21, for delivery of in-stock items by Dec. 24. For orders placed after these deadlines, Rush Delivery is available for an additional charge. Guaranteed delivery is for in-stock items shipped via FedEx within the continental United States.

Standard Delivery
In-stock items (except jewelry and items that ship directly from our vendor) ship by ground within 2 business days of placing your order, and usually arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. Some oversized items ship directly from our vendors and usually arrive within 4-6 weeks of placing your order. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or observed Holiday’s will be processed the next business day. Orders over $500 will require a signature for delivery.
1-2 Day Rush Delivery
Orders for in-stock items placed by 10 am Pacific Time can be shipped via FedEx to arrive on the next business day for an additional $25 per address, or to arrive within 2 business days for an additional $15 per address; a street address is required. Please add another business day for orders placed after 10 am Pacific Time. Rush Delivery is not available for personalized items, and some oversized or heavy items. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or observed Holiday’s will be processed the next business day. A signature is required on all FedEx Rush shipments as well as any order over $500.
Jewelry Delivery
The charge for jewelry delivery is $18. When you purchase jewelry items totaling $2,000 or more, we are pleased to offer free shipping to a single address. Your order will be shipped insured, via FedEx 2-day delivery. Orders over $500 will require a signature for delivery. Jewelry cannot be shipped internationally.
In-Home Delivery Service
This option applies to most furniture and oversized items. Items marked In-Home Delivery are delivered over the threshold of the home.
White Glove Delivery Service
Items marked White Glove Delivery include unpacking, product assembly, initial room placement and removal of packing materials.
Gift Box Service
Most items up to can be packaged in our signature gold gift box with hand-tied satin ribbon for $9.50. Furniture, items shipped directly from our vendor and some heavy/oversized pieces cannot be expedited or gift boxed.
Furniture and Oversized Item Delivery
Most furniture and oversized items ship via our In Home Service that includes delivery over the threshold of the home. If White Glove Service included appears in the description of the item, we offer additional services that include unpacking, initial room placement and removal of packing materials. Please be sure to thoroughly inspect furniture before signing for delivery, report any concerns directly on the delivery form and contact Gump’s customer service at 800-436-4311. In stock furniture items usually require 2-3 weeks for a delivery. Some oversized items ship directly from our vendors and require 4-6 weeks for delivery. Some oversized items and items that ship directly from the manufacturer cannot be shipped internationally.
Delivery and Handling Charges
Delivery charges for orders shipped within the continental U.S. will be calculated automatically when you proceed to checkout. For non-jewelry orders, see table below for charges; for jewelry purchases, the delivery and handling charge is $18 per item, which includes insured shipping via Federal Express. The jewelry shipping charge for each additional delivery address is $6. Orders consisting of multiple items may not ship at the same time; delivery and handling charges will be charged on a pro-rated basis if multiple shipments occur.
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii there will be an additional $15 shipping surcharge.

Freight Surcharges
Heavy or oversized items are subject to a surcharge in addition to the regular delivery and handling charges in the chart shown above. The freight surcharge will be displayed on the product information page online or in parentheses, after the item price in our catalog.
Delivery and Handling Charge Exceptions
Some of the handcrafted and One of a Kind Artist Gallery items require special packaging and shipping arrangements as well as additional insurance. These items are not subject to the standard delivery and handling charges noted above. Exceptions are noted on the product page, and the charge will be displayed when the item is added to your shopping bag.

Shipping Outside of Continental UNITED STATES
Most orders can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Territories via FedEx for an additional $15 surcharge, and will be delivered within 7-10 business days. International delivery charges will be based on the weight, size and the geographic shipping location of the order. Delivery transit days to the recipient are estimates and will vary depending upon the destination country and customs clearance. While most standard return policies apply, customers will be responsible for duty and taxes for return shipments. Some product categories and items that ship directly from the manufacturer cannot be shipped internationally.

Duty and Tax
Duties and taxes (including value added tax) will be the responsibility of the recipient. Gump’s cannot determine the exact amount of these fees in advance. Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government.
Gift Box for International Delivery
Gump’s will gift box items on request and provide sufficient packaging for international delivery, however there are times that Customs and Border Security require an inspection. This may result in opening the gift boxed items and may incur shipping delays and charges.
