Getting their decorative style from shape rather than from applied decoration, these white porcelain bowls and covers draw the eye to the delicious foods served in them. The deep, round-sided bowls suit soups, pastas and stews; the lids (sold separately) keep foods warm before serving. Keller, owner of Napa Valley's French Laundry and Bouchon and Manhattan's Per Se, designed the collection in collaboration with Bertrand Raynaud, president of the Raynaud porcelain company, and named it after Fernand Point, a revered French restaurateur and the father of nouvelle cuisine. The celebrated Raynaud company crafts Point in Limoges, the source of fine European porcelain since 1768. Made in France. Microwave and dishwasher safe. Also available at Gump's San Francisco. Gump's gift box included.
