Edinburgh's stately Hopetoun House is a jewel of Georgian architecture, designed by Scottish architect Robert Adam in the 18th century. This superb model by renowned craftsman Timothy Richards portrays the splendor of the west wing entrance in architecturally accurate detail. Handcrafted at Richards' studio in Bath, England, the model is made from fine gypsum-based plaster with acid-etched brass details. 7"L x 2 1/2"W x 8 1/4"H.
