Ordering and Payment

To place an order by phone, please call 1-800-284-8677. Our call center hours are 5 am to 9 pm Pacific Time, seven days a week. If you are outside North America, please call 001-415-984-9238.

Outside the Continental United States

Most items can be delivered outside the continental United States, including foreign destinations.  Additional charges will apply. Please call 1-800-284-8677 for more information. If you are calling from outside North America, please dial 001-415-984-9238.

Methods of payment

If you order online or by phone, you can pay for your purchases using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Gump’s Gift Certificate. If you send your order by mail, you can also pay by check or money order (please do not send cash). Gump's is committed to protecting our customers' personal information. We do this by using industry-standard encryption and password protection technologies.

Sales Taxes

We are required to collect applicable sales taxes on orders shipped to California and Mississippi. Sales taxes are based on final purchase amount, including shipping and handling charges.

Sale Prices

Sale prices are offered to our customers for a limited time and on specific merchandise. Sale prices are not applicable to prior purchase.

Backorders

If we are currently out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will immediately notify you of the anticipated shipping date via email; ship dates sent by e-mail represent the most current information and in certain rare instances may not match the date you were given when you placed your order online. We ship all items as they become available. If you have ordered more than one item and not all of them are in stock, you will receive multiple shipments, and delivery and handling charges will be billed on a pro-rated basis.
